December 2027 Calendar Printable – Free PDF Templates
December planning needs two views at once: the commitments still to finish this year and the dates already reaching into January. A clear monthly sheet gives both a place. Keep appointments, travel, and year-end deadlines visible, with enough writing space to distinguish confirmed plans from reminders that still need attention.
Our December 2027 calendar printable collection includes five distinct designs, each with its own free one-page PDF. All are designed for US Letter paper (8.5 × 11 inches). Choose open daily boxes, a portrait notes page, preprinted federal holiday dates, Monday-first weeks, or softly shaded weekends.
December 2027 Calendar Printable for Everyday Plans
Landscape · Sunday start
December starts on Wednesday and ends on Friday. The landscape classic leaves each date box open for your own entries, including the busy final part of the month. Use clear, short notes for appointments and deadlines, then add return dates or follow-up actions to January when needed. The grid does not assume a holiday break, making it useful for people whose working schedules continue through the season.
Choose Your December Calendar Layout
The best December 2027 calendar printable for your plans depends on what you need to write and how you read a week. The PDFs cover the same month, but their page layouts serve different purposes. Select a design name in the table to jump directly to its calendar.
Use the classic for a clear shared overview, or choose notes when undated tasks need a place beside appointments. A Monday-first sheet suits schedules organized around working weeks. Keep separate copies only when they have clear roles, such as household plans and work commitments, so an appointment does not disappear between two versions.

December 2027 Calendar with Notes
Portrait · Sunday start
The portrait notes sheet separates appointments from unfinished arrangements. Record a confirmed visit or deadline in the grid, then use the lined area for bookings to check, calls to make, or paperwork to finish. The two priority checkboxes can hold the commitments that matter most before the year closes. Keep lengthy shopping lists or project details elsewhere so the monthly page stays readable when you need to find a date quickly.

December 2027 Calendar with U.S. Federal Holidays
Landscape · Sunday start
Christmas Day falls on Saturday, December 25, with Friday, December 24 observed for most federal employees on a Monday–Friday schedule. Friday, December 31 is also the observed federal holiday for New Year’s Day 2028, which falls on Saturday. The holiday design marks all three dates and identifies the 2028 observance explicitly, so December 31 is not mistaken for a separate New Year’s Eve federal holiday.

December 2027 Monday-Start Calendar
Landscape · Monday start
A Monday-first grid keeps December 25–26 together, while December 31 occupies the Friday column of the last row. January 1–2 fall beyond this sheet even though they complete that weekend. This layout is useful when comparing workweek deadlines with visits or travel. Its monospaced dates and numerical month heading provide a distinct style without holiday text competing with your own entries.

December 2027 Calendar with Shaded Weekends
Landscape · Sunday start
December has eight weekend dates. Pale lavender shading identifies Saturday and Sunday, including Christmas Day on Saturday the 25th, while weekday columns remain white. December 24 and 31 are Fridays and are not shaded as weekends. Choose the holiday design if you want the observed federal dates labeled; choose this version when a simple visual distinction between weekdays and weekends is more useful.

December 2027 has 31 days, starting on Wednesday and ending on Friday. Sunday-start designs use 5 week rows; the Monday-start design uses 5. Empty cells outside the month remain undated.
Review December 24–31 separately from the rest of the month because observed dates can affect appointments and availability. Confirm your own organization’s arrangements before assuming a service will be open or closed. For anything continuing into January, write the next action on the new month as well. A brief carryover note is more useful than trying to squeeze January commitments into December’s blank edge cells.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why is December 31 labeled New Year’s Day 2028 observed?
January 1, 2028 falls on Saturday. For most federal employees on Monday–Friday schedules, the holiday is observed on Friday, December 31, 2027. The label refers to the 2028 holiday; New Year’s Eve is not a separate federal holiday.
Is Christmas observed on December 24 in 2027?
Yes, for most Monday–Friday federal employees. Christmas Day itself is Saturday, December 25, while Friday, December 24 is its observed date. The holiday design marks both so the actual date and federal observance remain clear.
Which dates are marked on the December holiday calendar?
December 24 is Christmas Day observed, December 25 is Christmas Day, and December 31 is New Year’s Day 2028 observed. Other date boxes remain open for your appointments. Individual workplace and school schedules can differ.
Does December 2027 end on a Friday?
Yes. December begins on Wednesday the 1st and ends on Friday the 31st. It has 31 days and fits five rows in both week-start options. January dates are not printed in the blank cells after December 31.
Which December 2027 calendar printable keeps Christmas weekend together?
The Monday-start calendar places Saturday, December 25 and Sunday, December 26 side by side. It does not include holiday names. Choose the federal-holiday design instead if seeing Christmas and its observed date labeled matters more to you.
Are December 24 and 31 shaded on the weekend calendar?
No. Both are Fridays. The lavender design shades only Saturday and Sunday columns, covering eight weekend dates. The holiday calendar is the version that labels the Friday federal observances.
Can I keep year-end tasks separate from December appointments?
Use the portrait notes calendar. Put confirmed appointments and deadlines in its dated grid, and keep undated calls, booking checks, or paperwork reminders in the lined section. Two monthly-priority checkboxes provide space for the commitments you most want to finish.
Are these December calendars fillable PDFs?
They are print-ready PDFs without fillable form fields. Write on the printed page or add text with a PDF annotation tool. Each file is one US Letter page: portrait for notes and landscape for the other designs.
